Index Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, Indore, continues to earn national recognition for its academic excellence and research contributions as its postgraduate student Dr. Harsh Narang achieved a remarkable milestone at a prestigious national conference. Dr. Narang, a second-year PG resident from the Department of Orthopedics, was awarded the Gold Medal in the PG Free Paper category at ASAMICON 2026 held in Gujarat. The conference brought together leading orthopedic surgeons, academicians, and researchers from across the country, making the competition highly prestigious and intellectually enriching. Representing the institution on this national platform, Dr. Narang presented his research paper titled “Functional and Radiological Outcomes of the Ilizarov Technique in Femoral Pathologies.” His research received significant appreciation from experts and evaluators for its scientific depth, clinical relevance, and contribution to orthopedic treatment practices.
